What's collected
The contact form collects your name, email address, website URL, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing is collected automatically — no cookies, no analytics, no tracking scripts run on this site.
Why
Solely to respond to your inquiry. I read the message, look at the website you provide, and reply by email. The information isn't used for marketing lists, sold, or shared with anyone beyond the form processor described below.
How it's handled
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form backend, which delivers them to my email inbox. Formspree acts as a data processor for this purpose; see their own privacy policy for how they handle data in transit and storage.
Retention
I keep submitted messages and any resulting email correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain ordinary business records, then delete them. There's no fixed retention schedule beyond that.
Your rights
Since this site is operated from Spain, GDPR applies. You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, at any time. Email montana@montanahill.com and I'll act on it within a reasonable time, and in any case within one month.
